Working out of Sector 50 in Noida is a bit different for us because we are located in the Shubhkamna Apartments. Our office is at A-601, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. It’s a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main industrial hubs of the city. We don’t have a big sign out front or a lobby with a security guard. Instead, you just come up to the sixth floor. It’s a small team here, and we mostly focus on managing the administrative side of Jindal Industries Ltd. We sit around a few large tables with our laptops and stacks of papers. It’s a comfortable way to work, and we get to know the other residents in the building. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area, which keeps things relaxed. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk; we just talk about what needs to get done for the day and then we do it. Being in Noida means we have everything we need nearby, but staying in an apartment keeps our overhead low and our focus on the work. It’s a very practical arrangement that has worked out well for us over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office, we just want to make sure the business is running smoothly from this little corner of Sector 50.
