Out here in the Upsidc Industrial Area, at Site-Iv, things stay pretty loud. Jayco Flexi Tubes Private Limited is located at Plot No. 38/2/5, and if you’ve ever been to this part of the industrial estate, you know it’s mostly just trucks and dust. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. The building is solid, though it gets quite hot in the summer months when the machines are all running at once. We spend a lot of time just managing the floor and making sure the tubes are being moved correctly. It’s physical work. Nobody here wears a suit. We’re usually in work clothes that end up getting a bit dirty by midday. There’s always someone coming in or out with a clipboard or a delivery note. We don’t have a fancy reception area with soft chairs. Instead, there’s a small office space where we handle the paperwork and drink tea while waiting for the next load to arrive. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour and we just have to sit and wait it out, talking about the weather or whatever is on the news. It’s just how things go in this sector. We focus on the tubes and making sure the dimensions are right before they go out the gate. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been doing this for a long time. There is no magic to it, just keeping the equipment going.
