Indus Art Promoters & Exporters

Our place is over in Noida, Sector-41, right by the Golf Links at E-147. It’s a bit of a mix here at Indus Art Promoters & Exporters. We have some office space and a lot of storage for the pieces we handle. It isn't a gallery; it’s more like a workshop and a shipping point. We spend most of our time wrapping things in bubble wrap and packing them into wooden crates. It’s dusty work because of all the packing materials and hay we sometimes use. We deal with various art items and traditional crafts from different places. Sometimes the pieces are quite large and take a few people to move around without bumping into walls. We have to be careful, but we aren't fancy about it. The office part is just a few desks covered in shipping forms and customs papers. Noida can be quiet in this sector, which is nice for concentrating on the boring parts of the job. We have a small team who’s been here for years. We know each other well and just get through the pile of orders every week. Sometimes an export shipment gets delayed at the port, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to figure it out. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who come here already know where we are located. It’s just us doing the job, day in and day out, shipping things.
