This office is tucked away in Sector 19, Noida. If you know the E-31 block, that’s where you’ll find us. It’s a steel business, so things can get a bit heavy and dusty, though the office part is mostly just desks and phones. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the newer parts of town. It’s more of a practical setup. We spend the day talking to suppliers and trying to figure out delivery schedules. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just sell steel and handle the logistics that come with it. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight for most of us working here. The parking outside can be a real headache if you arrive late. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we've got a bit of a local rhythm going. We don’t do big speeches or fancy presentations. If someone needs a quote or a status update on an order, we just pull up the files and let them know. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. That’s pretty much the whole story of what happens here at Essar Steel Limited. It’s just a job and we do it.
