Craft Heritage Overseas

Craft Heritage Overseas is tucked away in Sector-34. We operate out of 20 B in the Nilgiri 1 Apartments, so it is a bit more quiet than a main market street. It's not a big factory or anything, just a space where we manage our exports and craft items. We have been here for a few years now. Most of our day is spent checking on quality and making sure the boxes are packed right for shipping. Sometimes the neighbors see us moving crates in and out. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a large shipment, but we make it work. I usually answer the emails myself while the other guys check the inventory. It isn't a very formal place. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the orders. We chose this spot because it's easier to focus. We deal with a lot of traditional stuff, things that take time to make. It gets a bit messy with packing tape and bubble wrap everywhere. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or old contacts. It is a small business, honestly. We just want to make sure the crafts get to where they are going without breaking. The apartment setting helps us keep our costs down. It’s just us here, working through the list of things to do every morning. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that.
