Choudary Pan Corner

So, Choudary Pan Corner is right here in Sushant Lok Phase I. It is not much to look at, just a small corner where I spend most of my day. I have been sitting here for a while now, watching the cars go by and people heading home from work. Sushant Lok has changed a lot since I started, more buildings and more traffic for sure. Most of my customers are regulars who stop their bikes for a quick minute. They do not even have to say what they want half the time, I already know. We keep the betel leaves fresh in the wet cloth and have all the little jars lined up. It is a quiet kind of job, mostly just chatting with people about the weather or how the local teams are doing. Sometimes the light outside flickers but I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. I like the evening time best when it cools down and the street lights come on. It gets a bit busy then, but it is a good kind of busy. My brother helps me out sometimes on the weekends when he is not busy with his own stuff. We do not really do any fancy advertising, people just know we are here on the corner. It is a simple life, just folding leaves and mixing the ingredients day in and day out. Not much else to tell really. We just stay open until the last customer goes.
