Our setup for Bihar Tubes Ltd in Noida is pretty basic. Noida is a big place with lots of sectors, and we have been moving around here for a while. The work is mostly about steel tubes and making sure they get to the right people at the right time. The sun gets really hot on the metal when it's sitting out, so you have to be careful how you handle things. We have a small crew that doesn't talk much but knows exactly what needs to be done. The office is just a place to sit down and handle the bills. There is usually a layer of dust on everything because of the construction work always happening on the roads nearby. We don't have any fancy posters or slogans on the walls. It is just a workspace with some chairs and a desk that wobbles a little. We spend a lot of time checking the lengths and the thickness of the stock. It is repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. Lunch is usually brought from home in tiffins, and we sit together near the entrance where there is a bit of a breeze. We don't try to look like a big corporation. We are just a local bunch handling steel tubes in the middle of a busy industrial city.
