You can find us on the second floor of B-32 in Sector 20, Noida. This is where we run the administrative side for the Sahibabad plant operations. It’s a busy little office, and since we’re on the second floor, we get plenty of exercise going up and down those stairs. We don't have an elevator, so it keeps us on our toes. The room is usually filled with the sound of several people talking at once because there’s always some coordination needed for the steel orders. We’ve got old steel cabinets for the files and a few desks that have seen better days. It’s an honest place to work. We don't put on airs or try to look like a big corporate headquarters. Most of us just wear plain clothes and focus on getting the numbers right. The heat in the summer can be tough, but the coolers help a bit. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the guys back at the factory in UP. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in moving steel, so that’s what we spend most of our time on. We’ve got a rhythm here that works for us. Usually, we finish up late because there’s always one more email or one more ledger entry to finish before we can head out. It’s just a regular office for regular people who happen to work in the steel industry. We like it that way.
