Aazim Exports

Getting out to E-3 in the Epip area of Greater Noida takes some time for most of us. It’s a bit of a trek, but once we’re here at Aazim Exports, the work starts. This is where we spend our days dealing with all sorts of goods meant for shipping. The warehouse space is quite large, and it's usually filled with the smell of new packaging and cardboard. We spend a lot of time checking quality because things can go wrong easily. If a box is crushed, we have to fix it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just want to get the products packed and sent to where they belong. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re on the phone, the next you’re helping load a container. Greater Noida is a bit quieter than the main city, which is nice sometimes. But it’s still a lot of work. We have a small kitchenette where we heat up our lunch. Usually, the conversation is about the commute or how the weather is changing. It’s a simple operation. We focus on the crates and the labels. As long as the shipments leave on time, it’s a good day for us. There's always some form to sign or a driver waiting, so we don't have much time to sit around.
