At Adarsha Mupkal Rythu Farmers Producercompany Limited, we operate from Renjarla village in Nizamabad. Our building is at H.No 4-104. It’s a local setup, mostly run by people who understand the soil and the crops in this part of the world. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our communication happens face-to-face or over a quick phone call while someone is out in the field. Being a producer company, we have to deal with a lot of different things like gathering produce and making sure the logistics work out. It’s a lot of physical work and planning. We try to keep our overheads low so the farmers get a fair deal. The office in Renjarla is where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the harvest. It’s a practical environment. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it’s full of people coming in with questions or supplies. Nizamabad has its own challenges with the climate, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the local community here in our village. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year.
