We are located right opposite the Hanuman Mandhir in Bhimgal, so we hear the temple bells throughout the day. Raja Rajeshwara Agencies isn't a very large operation. We have a main room where we handle most of the business and a storage area in the back that always seems to be full. The furniture is quite old, and the chairs tend to squeak whenever someone sits down. We've been in Bhimgal for a long time now, and we've seen the town grow and change around us. The road in front of the office can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time mopping the floor. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though things can get hectic when several deliveries arrive at once. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that; whoever is closest to the door just helps whoever walks in. We keep our records in big paper ledgers because that’s how we’ve always done it, even if there’s a computer on the desk. Most of our customers are people we see at the market or at the temple anyway. We just try to be helpful and get the orders right. It's not a complicated business model. We open the shutters in the morning and close them at night, and that’s a good day for us.
