Padmavathi Agro Industries

Padmavathi Agro Industries is located out in Tadkol, Banswada. It is a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We are right in the heart of the agricultural belt, which makes sense for what we do. Our facility is practical and built for heavy work. There is usually a lot of dust because of the machinery and the trucks moving in and out of the yard. We deal with the processing side of things, so there is always the sound of motors running or metal clanging in the background. It isn’t a place for suits and ties; we usually wear sturdy clothes that can get dirty. The office is just a small room off to the side with a couple of chairs and a heavy desk where the ledgers live. We keep track of the harvests and the output from the machines. The sun gets really intense out here, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning before it gets too miserable. We have a big shed where the equipment is stored, and it usually needs some kind of repair. There is a dog that hangs around the yard that we feed; he is basically part of the crew now. We don't have a website or any of that, just the sign on the gate and a phone that works most of the time. It is a simple life that keeps us busy with the crops and the seasons.
