There’s a lot of checking on supplies, talking to staff at different locations, and keeping the books straight. We have our setup in the main part of the flat. It’s simple and functional. We don't have any fancy boardrooms or anything like that. We just gather around the dining table when we need to discuss something. Vasant Kunj is a nice part of South West Delhi, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We’re just a bunch of regular people working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly for our guests. We don't use any of those big marketing phrases or corporate talk. We just speak plainly. If something isn't working, we say so and try to find a solution. It’s practical, day-to-day work. We enjoy the fact that we can just walk around the pocket during our lunch break. It’s a decent way to run a business. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the hotels in good shape for the visitors.
