We are located in Zakir Nagar, Okhla, on Street 12. You have to go up to the second floor at number 143 to find our office. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and noise. We help people with their travel plans, like getting tickets or sorting out visas. It can be a real headache for people to do it themselves, so they come here. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s not a big corporate travel agency. It’s just a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We spend most of our time on the phone checking prices and flight times. People walk in all day asking about trains or flights to go see their families. We try to find them a decent way to get where they’re going. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to sit and wait a bit. We know most of the people who live around here in Okhla. It’s more of a community thing. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here on the second floor. If someone is going on a pilgrimage or just visiting relatives, we do what we can to help. It’s nice to hear their stories when they come back. We keep things pretty informal. Just come in and we can talk about where you need to go. We're here every day except Sunday.
