Shop 2 in the Old Market here in Tilak Nagar is where you’ll find us. Travel Thrive isn’t a massive agency with posters all over the walls. It’s just a small spot where we handle travel stuff for the local people. The market is always loud, and there’s always something happening outside the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking flight prices on the screen. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen a lot of people come in looking to go see family or maybe take a trip somewhere they’ve never been. We just look at the dates and try to find a seat for them. There’s no secret to it, really. It’s just about knowing which systems to check and being patient when the websites run slow. Tilak Nagar has been our home for a good bit of time. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea around the corner. If the shop is open, someone is usually inside sitting behind the desk. We don’t do big fancy presentations. We just write down what you need and tell you what the price is. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes people just pop in to ask a question about a visa or a bus timing. We help if we can.
