We are based out of an apartment in Kishangarh, which is right in the Vasant Kunj area. It’s the 54/9 Cr Apartment. Working from an apartment feels a lot different than being in one of those big glass office buildings. It is more relaxed here, and we like that. We have our computers set up in the main room and we spend most of our time online. Placeya Dot Com is basically run by a few of us who just wanted to work for ourselves. Vasant Kunj is usually a very busy place, but our little corner in Kishangarh is a bit tucked away from the main noise. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have all our files and equipment out. We just make do with the space we have. It is not about having a flashy lobby or a receptionist. We care more about getting the website stuff done right. The neighbors in the building are nice enough to us. We try not to make too much noise during the day. Sometimes we walk down the street to get some snacks or a quick lunch. It is a regular life. We started this because we liked the idea of building something on the internet. It takes a lot of hours. Some nights we are still typing away while the rest of the building is asleep. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a small group doing work from an apartment.
