Swan Tours

Our office is right in Connaught Place, the 110001 zip code area that everyone knows. Being in CP means we are at the heart of the city, which is great for a travel business like Swan Tours. It’s a historic part of town, and we’ve been operating out of here for quite some time now. The white pillars and the circular roads are just part of our daily view. We handle travel bookings and tours, mostly sitting at our desks surrounded by brochures and old maps. It’s a busy place with people coming in to ask about train tickets or flights. We don't have a polished pitch for what we do; we just listen to where people want to go and try to help them get there without too much trouble. The traffic in CP can be a nightmare, but once you’re inside our office, it’s a bit quieter. We have a small staff who’ve seen the travel industry change from paper tickets to everything being on a phone. We still do things the old-fashioned way sometimes because it feels more reliable. We don’t use fancy marketing slogans. We just know the routes and the hotels. It’s a practical job that keeps us connected to the rest of the world from our little corner of New Delhi.
