Nitika Travels

I started this travel business because I knew a lot about local roads and how to get around. Nitika Travels is tucked away at Ad-38- D, and it’s mostly just me and a couple of drivers. People come by to ask about cab rates for outstation trips or just to get to the airport. The office isn't big, just a desk and some old chairs, but we get the work done. I spend half my day on the phone making sure the cars are where they need to be. Sometimes the traffic gets bad around here, but we try to manage. It's not a fancy corporate setup, just a local spot for people who need a ride. I keep a logbook on the desk for all the bookings. Most of the folks who call us are from the neighborhood. We know the shortcuts and which roads to avoid during peak hours. Some days are really quiet and I just sit here drinking tea, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. It gets a bit hectic when multiple people want a car at the same time early in the morning. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know most of the faces that walk in. We don't have a big team or anything, just enough to keep the cars moving. It's a simple life running a travel desk. We just try to keep the cars clean and the drivers ready to go whenever a call comes in.
