We operate out of a second-floor space at J - 5/127 in New Delhi. It's more of an administrative hub for the Ysf Hotels & Resorts group than a place where guests actually stay. Most of our day is spent handling the paperwork and phone calls that come with running hospitality businesses across the region. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, folders, and computers, but we make it work just fine. Since we are on the second floor, we get to see the street life below, which is always busy and loud in this part of Delhi. We aren't a huge team here, just a handful of people who know how to keep things moving behind the scenes. We talk to vendors, handle bookings, and sort out the schedules for the different properties we manage. It’s not the glamorous side of the hotel world that you see in brochures, but it’s necessary work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, just like any other normal office. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate talk. Our main goal is just to make sure the hotels have everything they need to function properly for the guests. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a while now, and it’s a familiar routine for all of us. We show up, do the work, and head home when the day is done. It’s a quiet, practical operation tucked away in a busy part of the city.
