You can find us at House No -97, right in Block No.-7 of Lodhi Colony. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and Ysf Hotels & Resorts P. Ltd. has been based here for some time. Working out of Lodhi Colony is decent because the surroundings are okay and it's easy for people to find the block. We aren't a huge corporation with a skyscraper. It’s more of a regular building where we handle the management side of hotels and resorts. Inside, there are desks, some chairs for guests, and usually a few stacks of files that need sorting. We spend a lot of time talking to staff at different properties or dealing with booking issues. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use our phones. The streets around here can get a little crowded during rush hour, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like we’re something we aren't. We just run the business from this house and keep things moving. Most days are about answering emails and making sure the rooms at the resorts are ready for people. It’s steady work. We like being in this part of the city. It feels lived-in and real. We don’t have a flashy lobby, just a place where the work gets done every day. We stay pretty focused here.
