We operate out of the Minto Road Complex at A-282. It is an older part of New Delhi and the buildings have a certain look to them. The complex is quite large and it can be easy to get turned around if you haven't been here before. Our office is just a regular room filled with desks, some old computers, and a lot of binders for the hotels we look after. It is a bit quiet inside compared to the busy streets outside near the station. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is ready for guests at different locations. Sometimes we have meetings around a small table that is piled high with folders. The walls are a plain color and we have a few maps pinned up here and there. It is not the kind of place you see in movies about big resorts. It is just the back-end office where we handle the boring stuff like bookings and payments. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier to get around the city when we need to visit the properties. It is a decent spot and we have been here at Minto Road for a few years now, just keeping the business moving along one day at a time without any grand plans.
