Whitehall Hotels & Resorts

Whitehall Hotels & Resorts is located at 9828 Ahata Thakur Das, right across from the Sarai Rohilla Railway Station. Being on New Rohtak Road means there is a constant stream of traffic and people moving about. We get a lot of folks coming in straight from the trains, looking tired and carrying heavy bags. The building is older, and we do our best to keep up with the maintenance. It’s a busy spot because of the station. We’re always changing sheets or checking people in at the front desk. It isn't a quiet place, but that’s what happens when you’re in the middle of a transport hub in New Delhi. We have a small staff who have been here for years. We know the local chai sellers and the rickshaw drivers outside pretty well. The lobby isn't very big, but it’s got enough room for people to wait while we get their rooms ready. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling keys. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we have to use the backup generator. It’s just the way things are in this part of town. We try to make sure everything works, but things break sometimes and we fix them as fast as we can. It’s a real, working hotel. We often have to tell people where the nearest ATM is or how to find a good meal late at night.
