Wet 'N' Wild Resorts

Wet 'N' Wild Resorts has its office over at 26A Inderpuri in New Delhi. This is where we handle a lot of the bookings and the boring stuff for the resort. Inderpuri is a busy residential area, so it’s a bit different from the actual resort atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining what we have to offer, like the pools and the rooms. It can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know the place inside and out. We try to be helpful when people call with a million questions about their weekend plans. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with bookings during the summer months because everyone wants to be near the water to cool off. We don't have a polished corporate script. We just tell people what’s available and what it costs. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing to brag about. We just want to make sure that when people finally get to the resort, everything is ready for them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication between us and the site. Some days the internet goes down or the phones act up, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been in Inderpuri for quite some time now and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It's a good spot for us.
