Welgrow Hotel Concept Pvt.Ltd. is based out of Rc-119 in the Rajasthan Colony of West Patel Nagar. If you’ve ever been to West Patel Nagar, you know it’s a lively part of New Delhi. Rajasthan Colony is tucked away but still very much in the middle of the action. Our office is where we work on different hotel concepts. We aren’t a hotel ourselves, but we do the thinking and planning for them. It’s a small office with a lot of sketches and documents lying around. The 110008 area is great because you can find anything you need within a few blocks. We’ve been here for quite some time. The building is a bit older, and the street outside is always full of people and scooters. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a small group of people who know a lot about the hotel business. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours on the phone with vendors and contractors. It’s not always pretty, and things get stressful when deadlines approach. But we like the neighborhood and the people around here. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs in West Patel Nagar. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign. We just have our work and our reputation in the colony.
