Welgrow Hotel. Concept. Pvt.Ltd is located at a C/O address for Mr. M.K. Tokas in New Delhi, specifically in the 110067 area. We aren't a hotel that people stay in. Instead, we are more like a small studio or office where we work on hotel designs and ideas. The space is quite modest and sits within a residential neighborhood. It feels more like someone's private workspace than a corporate office. We have a few big tables where we spread out blueprints and design boards. There are books about architecture and hospitality piled up in the corners. It’s a very quiet place most of the time, which is good for thinking. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't bother with a formal reception area. Most of the people we work with just call us on our mobiles. The 110067 area is a decent part of Delhi, and it’s relatively easy to get around from here. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a small, dedicated group of us. It’s a very straightforward and practical way to run a design-based business. We stay here because it is a calm place that lets us get our work done.
