If you find yourself over in Sarojini Vihar, you might run into our spot at the NDMC Flats. We are Welcomheritage, and this location in Sarojini Nagar is where a lot of our daily activity happens. It’s a bit of a crowded area, especially with the flats being right there, but it feels like a real community. We’ve got this office at 22Xy and it’s nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. New Delhi is a fast city, but Sarojini Nagar has its own pace with the markets and people always walking around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at booking schedules. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don't have a big corporate lobby with fancy chairs. We have desks, some old files, and a kettle that gets used way too much for tea. Most of the staff live nearby or take the bus in. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on heritage properties, but this office is very much grounded in the present day reality of Delhi life. It’s honest work and we do it without making much of a fuss. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet during the early mornings and late nights. It is just a normal office in a normal neighborhood.
