Welcomheritage (Joint Venture Of Itc Ltd. - Hotels Division)

We are located at Kc-4, Kashyap Farm, on the second floor in Ganesh Nagar Extension-II, Shakarpur. It’s a busy part of Delhi, 110092. To get to us, you have to head up to the second floor, which can be a bit of a climb if the weather is humid. The office handles things for Welcomheritage (Joint Venture Of Itc Ltd. - Hotels Division), but our actual workspace is pretty modest. We have some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. Outside the window, you can see the rooftops of Shakarpur and the constant flow of traffic on the main roads. It’s not a quiet place by any means, but we’ve grown used to the noise. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting in the hallway. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we sit and talk to the various hotel sites. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the load is high in the neighborhood, so we have to save our work often. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we all know how the phones and the printers have their own moods. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished before the end of the day. It’s a very real, local office where things get done without much fuss. We just keep the files moving and the phones answered. It gets a bit hot in the summer.
