Weaves From Amoha Llp is tucked away in the C-618 area of New Friends Colony. It’s a nice part of New Delhi, a bit quieter than some of the other spots we could have picked. We work with textiles and fabrics, mostly focusing on the weaving side of things. The office isn't huge, but we have enough space for the samples and the books. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives and we have to sort through everything on the floor. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy seeing the different patterns and textures that come through the door. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about which thread works better for a specific design. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with the suppliers. But we manage. We’ve been in the 110025 zip code area for a while, and the locals know where to find us if they need something specific. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It feels more personal that way. We like keeping it simple and focusing on the actual cloth rather than fancy business meetings. Our desks are usually covered in fabric scraps and half-finished sketches. It’s a bit messy, but that’s just how we work here in Delhi. We try to keep it honest and just do what we know about the weaving trade.
