We are located at 1/5422, Gali No. 15 in Balbir Nagar Extension, Shahdara. Even though the name says Noida, this is where we actually do the work in Delhi-32. The streets here are narrow and always full of people, cycles, and scooters. Finding Gali No. 15 can be a challenge for someone new to the area. Our building is right in the middle of all that local life. We handle exports from this small office. It’s a tight space, and we have to be very organized with how we stack things. There is a lot of noise from the street—vendors shouting and horns honking—but we’ve grown used to it. It’s just part of the background now. We don't have any polished floors or bright office lights. We use what we have and focus on the orders. The team is just a few local guys who know the area well. We spend a lot of time double-checking addresses and making sure the couriers know where to pick up the stuff. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been in Shahdara for a long time and the community knows us as the export guys in the lane. We just keep our heads down and work. There is a small tea shop at the corner where we get our daily fix of ginger tea every morning.
