A One Aluminium Glass & Steel Works

You can find us at Plot No - C-39 in Tirkha Market. We are right opposite Jims College in Massodpur, so there are always students walking around and it stays pretty lively. We do all sorts of work with aluminium, glass, and steel. It’s a noisy shop. There is always the sound of cutting metal or the screech of glass being handled. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. It gets really hot in the summer because of the materials we work with, but we’re used to it. Most of our days are spent measuring things and making sure the cuts are straight. Sometimes a piece of glass breaks and we have to start over, which is frustrating but it happens to the best of us. We handle a lot of window frames and door fittings for people in Vasant Kunj. It’s a good neighborhood to be in. We’ve been here in this market for a long time now. People stop by to ask for advice on their home repairs or just to say hello while they’re out. Our shop is a bit cluttered with scraps and tools, but we know where everything is. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a workshop where real work gets done. We take our lunch breaks together in the back of the shop, usually sharing whatever we brought from home. It’s a simple life and it can be tiring. We just try to do honest work every day and go home.
