Our office is located at X/1219 in Rajgarh Colony, right on Satsang Marg in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Delhi, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. Working in hospitality through Vci Hospitality Ltd. means we are usually busy with different tasks every day. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just paperwork, making phone calls, and trying to organize things so that travel and stays go smoothly for people. The office is often full of folders and the sound of keyboards clicking away. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of staff; it's just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. Gandhi Nagar can get pretty crowded, especially with all the markets nearby, so there is always noise coming in from the street. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Sometimes the internet goes down or a booking gets messy, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That is just the reality of this business. We don’t try to pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local Delhi company doing our job. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood and the people who come by our office looking for help. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the small details. We have been in this spot for a long time.
