Our place is located at V-58 in Arvind Nagar, over in the Ghonda area of Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood, like most of Delhi is. We’ve got the 110053 zip code. We’ve been running things here for a while now. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We don't have a bunch of fancy decorations or anything like that. We just provide a spot for people who need it. The building is a bit older, so we’re always fixing something or painting a wall to keep it looking okay. It’s a lot of work just staying on top of the maintenance. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the daily routine. We wake up early to get things started and usually stay late until everything is locked up. It’s not the kind of place you see in glossy magazines. It’s just a real business in a real part of town. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes to chat. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver the milk. It’s a community feel. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just offer what we have and try to be fair about it. Dealing with the Delhi heat is probably our biggest challenge most months. We just keep the fans running and stay busy with the work at hand.
