Vaibhav Strips Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of Shahdara Bada Bazar at 530/1. If you know this area, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much traffic passes through every single hour. We have our setup there and we have stayed put for a lot of years. It is a bit of a maze getting to us sometimes, but once you find 530/1, you know you are in the right place. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound bigger than we are. We are a private limited company but it feels more like a small family business when you are actually standing on the shop floor. There is always someone shouting over the noise or a truck trying to squeeze through the narrow street outside. We just do our work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the main desk is usually covered in old papers, but that doesn't stop us from getting things out on time. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have the work that needs to be done today and the work for tomorrow. Being in Bada Bazar means you have to be tough and patient. We have learned that over the years at Vaibhav Strips Pvt Ltd. It is not a glamorous life, but it is our life. We finish up late most nights and start again before the market gets too crowded with people.
