Uppal,S Orchid Hotel

Our hotel, Uppal,S Orchid Hotel, is situated at Wz 61A/1 in Guru Nanak Nagar, New Delhi-110018. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but we’re right there in the middle of things. The building has been part of Guru Nanak Nagar for a while now. We spend our time managing the rooms and making sure the guests have what they need. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the front desk and the rooms. The lobby isn't massive, but it’s where we do most of our talking. Some days are very quiet, while others feel like everyone is arriving at once. We handle the laundry, the cleaning, and the check-ins without much drama. The street outside can get a bit congested with traffic, especially in the mornings, but inside it stays relatively calm. We have a small staff and we all know each other’s habits. It’s not a luxury palace, just a decent place to stay in this part of New Delhi. We deal with the usual issues like leaky taps or slow internet every now and then, but we fix things as they come up. It’s just a regular hotel run by people who live nearby. We try to keep the place decent and the atmosphere stays pretty down-to-earth for everyone who stops by. It’s hard work sometimes, but it’s what we do and we’re used to it.
