Our office is located at Plot No. 2 on Nelson Mandela Road in Vasant Kunj. It’s a busy part of Delhi. In Phase III, there is always noise from the street. Unison Hotels Ltd. isn’t just one building. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running. We don’t have a fancy showroom here. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the side. We spend our days on the phone or looking at schedules. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole place. We aren't a big flashy company with a thousand employees in suits. We are just a team of people trying to manage hotel details without making too many mistakes. Internet outages or printer jams happen here right when we are busy. Like any other office, we deal with it. Big words about being the best aren't our style. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure the bills are paid. Being in 110070 means we see a lot of people coming and going. We don’t have a big sign out front that glows. We just have our name on the directory. We get to work every morning and do what needs to be done. It's a lot of coordination. We just do our best to stay organized.
