Our office is tucked away in Malviya Nagar, at C-103B in Panchsheel Vihar. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. We handle the hotel side of things from here, mostly focusing on the administration and the bits and pieces that happen away from the lobby. We’ve been in this New Delhi 17 area for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee being drank throughout the day. We don’t have a big fancy entrance. It’s just a regular door in a residential-looking block. We spend our days talking to vendors and making sure all the bookings are lined up correctly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there's a big event, but we usually manage to keep our heads. The staff here are all local people who just want to do a good job. We don’t go in for all those mission statements you see in glossy brochures. We just think if you do the work right, things will go okay. Malviya Nagar is a great place to be based because everything we need is just around the corner. If you ever find yourself in Panchsheel Vihar looking for us, just look for the 103B marking on the gate. We’re usually there from morning until the evening, just keeping the hotel business ticking along like it should, without making a big fuss about it.
