Under Training Period In Grand Hotel

We are currently operating out of the New Delhi 110021 area. Right now, everything is under the training period for the Grand Hotel. It is a bit of a transition phase for all of us. We do not have a permanent setup with all the bells and whistles yet. Most of our time is spent learning the ropes and making sure we understand how everything is supposed to run once we are fully operational. We use the telephone a lot to coordinate things since we are still getting ourselves organized. The atmosphere is pretty focused and quiet for the most part. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office because we are mostly busy with the actual training work and studying the procedures. It is a lot of long hours and taking notes on how to handle different situations. New Delhi can be a tough place to get started, but we are putting in the effort to make it work. Sometimes it feels like we are just figuring it out as we go, but that is how it starts for everyone in this business. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, some manuals, and a lot of practice every single day. The location is convenient for most of the staff, which helps when we have to stay late to finish up. We are just a group of people working hard.
