Tuli Hotels & Resorts

Tuli Hotels & Resorts operates out of a ground floor flat, number 2636, in Block C-2 of Vasant Kunj. It might seem a bit unusual to have a hotel company in a residential flat, but that is where we do all our planning and management. New Delhi is a busy place, and Vasant Kunj is a nice enough area to keep an office. We spend our days talking to the different properties and making sure the staff there have what they need. It isn't always smooth sailing, as things break or reservations get tangled up, but we stay on top of it from here. We have a few desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every single morning. The neighbors in the block are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper; we are just a team working out of a flat. We take care of the bookings and the back-end stuff that people don't usually see when they stay at a resort. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it hard to get around, so we do a lot of work over the phone or by sending messages. We've been in this spot for a while now and it suits us fine. It's practical and keeps our costs down, which is important. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done one by one without any big noise.
