Trshh Emporium

Our shop is located in Tibet House-1, right in the Institutional Area on Lodhi Road. It is a bit of a quieter part of town compared to the big markets, which we actually prefer. Trshh Emporium is a place where we keep a variety of crafts and textiles. We spend most of our mornings dusting the shelves and making sure the displays look decent. It is not a high-pressure sales environment. People usually wander in and take their time looking around. We are happy to help if someone has a question, but mostly we just let them browse. The lighting in here is a bit soft, and it smells like old wood and fabric. We keep a ledger on the main counter to track what goes out. Lodhi Road is quite nice to walk along during the rainy season, though we have to be careful about the dampness getting into the shop. It is just a small team of us running the place. We do all the packing and cleaning ourselves. Sometimes we lose track of time talking to the regulars who stop by for a chat. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a local business where we try to keep things honest and the inventory interesting. We like the pace here and the people we meet every day. It feels like the right place for us.
