Trip In India

We are based over in East Delhi, working out of a small space where we handle travel plans for people. It isn't a very large office, just enough room for a few of us to sit with our phones and computers. We spend most of our time looking at maps, checking train schedules, and talking to hotel owners across the country. East Delhi is a busy place, so there is always something happening right outside our window. We do not have glossy brochures piled up everywhere; most of what we do is just talking to people and figuring out what kind of trip they actually want. Sometimes we are here late at night making sure someone’s booking went through or fixing a problem with a ticket. It can be a bit stressful when things go wrong with travel, but we just deal with it one step at a time. The office is a bit cluttered with notes and chargers, but it is a comfortable place to work. We do not use any big sales pitches. If someone wants to go somewhere, we just tell them what it costs and how to get there. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We have been helping people see different parts of India from this little corner of Delhi for a while now, and we just keep it simple. It is about getting people from one place to another without too much trouble.
