Trident Hilton,Gurgaon

We are based out of Inderpuri in New Delhi, at Ef-13. Even though the name mentions Gurgaon, this is where we actually do the day-to-day work for Trident Hilton. Inderpuri is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to know everyone else. It’s got that old Delhi feel to it. We deal with various hotel matters from this small office. It’s nothing like the big hotel lobbies you see on TV. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of work to get through. We’ve been here for a good while. The traffic around here can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually just wait it out. Most of the time, we’re busy with bookings or sorting out guest details. It’s a lot of coordination. It keeps us on our toes for sure. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just have to wait for it to come back. That's just life in the city. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. We don’t mind. It feels like a real job. The tea guy knows exactly how we like our chai. It’s those small things that make the day go by easier. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. It's not always easy but we make it work somehow.
