Travel India is located over in Connaught Place, at Eyebird House, 23/51. Being in such a central part of the city means it’s always noisy and crowded outside our doors. Our office is where we sit and work out travel arrangements for people. It’s a pretty simple setup with desks, chairs, and a few computers. We get all kinds of people walking in, from locals looking for a quick trip to people visiting from other places. We spend most of the day looking at schedules and trying to find seats on trains or planes. It can be a bit of a headache when everything is booked up, but we do what we can. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering emails and taking calls. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes or people who aren't sure where they want to go. We know the city well and we know how travel works around here. It’s not always easy, especially when the busy season hits and everyone wants to go to the same places. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in. It’s a straightforward business, really. We focus on getting the tickets bought and the hotels sorted so people can go on their way. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a water cooler and some chairs.
