Our base is at Rz-9/7 A in Street Number 3, Kailash Puri. It is a typical Delhi street, quite narrow and always full of life with people and bikes moving around. If you are looking for Toshali Resorts International, you just have to look for the building near the end of the lane. We have been here for a good number of years now. The office is a bit of a mix of old wooden furniture and newer computers. It is not the kind of place with a lobby or a fancy water fountain in the front. It is just where we work. We have a few rooms where we handle all the calls and the bookings that come in. The walls have some old posters of different places, but they are mostly fading now or have been taped up several times. We have a small team, and everyone knows exactly what they need to do when they walk in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the phones all start ringing at once, but we just take it one call at a time. There is a local market nearby where we go to get supplies or just a quick samosa in the afternoon. The 110045 area is busy, and there is always something to hear outside the window, whether it is a vendor or children playing. We are just a group of people trying to run a business from this small corner of Delhi.
