Our place is located at House No-362 in Rajpur Khurd. If you know New Delhi, you know this area can get pretty crowded and the traffic is often a bit of a mess. Being here means we are always dealing with something, whether it’s getting the garden ready for an event or making sure the rooms are okay for whoever is staying. It’s a big property, and keeping up with the maintenance takes a lot of time. The staff here mostly lives around the neighborhood or travels in from other parts of the city. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and walking around the grounds to see what needs fixing. It’s not like those big corporate chains where everything is automated. We do things by hand here. The summers are tough because the heat hits the pavement hard, but we try to keep the indoor areas cool. You’ll see people moving around with ladders or cleaning supplies most of the time. It’s a lot of physical work. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds in the trees out back. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and the address is pretty well known to the local drivers. It’s a busy life running a hotel and resort in this part of Delhi, but we just take it one day at a time.
