Most people think of big luxury when they hear the name but our office at E 16/411 in Karol Bagh is where a lot of the actual ground work happens. Being on Padam Singh Road means we are right in the thick of the Bapa Nagar chaos. Karol Bagh is never quiet and there is always a car horn honking or someone trying to park where they shouldn't. Our space in New Delhi 110005 India isn't a five-star resort itself but it's where we handle the bookings and all the boring paperwork that keeps the fancy side of things running. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallway can be a bit cramped when the delivery guys come with packages. We have a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they need to be. It gets really hot in the summer so we keep the AC running pretty much non-stop. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take the calls, fix the reservation mistakes, and try to make sure nobody shows up to a full hotel. It’s a lot of typing and talking on the phone all day. Sometimes we go out to the main road to get some fresh air or grab a quick bite from one of the vendors, but usually, we are just heads down at the desks. It is a busy office for a busy brand in a very busy city.
