The address on the paperwork says Flat 83-B in Pocket-D of Mayur Vihar Phase II. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, and that’s where this part of the operation is based. It is quite a different feel from a big resort. Here, it is mostly about the files and the administrative side of things. The space is a regular flat, so it feels a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of filing cabinets along the walls. Outside, you have the usual Mayur Vihar bustle—people walking to the market, kids playing, and cars trying to find a spot to park. We are on the ground floor, so we see everyone passing by the window. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through papers all day long. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just take a break until it comes back. It isn’t a glamorous spot, just a place where the behind-the-scenes work gets done so everything else can function. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork organized. It’s a busy little office in a crowded part of Delhi, and we just do our bit to keep things running. No one really notices us tucked away here in the residential blocks, but we are here every day from morning till evening, just making sure the records are kept straight and the numbers match up.
