The Taj Mahal Hotel & Resorts

We are located at Wz-61A/12 in Vashisht Park, New Delhi. Despite the name, we aren't that huge famous palace people think of. We are a much smaller operation tucked away on Street Number 17. Our building is a regular part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been here serving guests for quite some time. The rooms are basic and we try to keep them as clean as we can. Running a hotel in a place like Vashisht Park means you’re always busy with something, whether it’s fixing a leaky pipe or changing the light bulbs in the hallway. We have a small staff who handles everything from the front desk to the laundry. It can get a bit loud outside with the local traffic and people going about their business, but inside we try to keep things steady. We don't have a big fancy restaurant, just simple service for the people staying with us. Most of our guests are looking for a place to crash that won't cost them a fortune. We spend our mornings checking people out and our afternoons getting the beds made. It’s a lot of routine work. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Sometimes we sit out front when things are quiet and just watch the street. It’s a humble place, just a few rooms and a lot of hard work to keep it going every day. We just do our best with what we have here.
