The Park Hotel

The address for us is A-35, Pandara Road in New Delhi, Haryana 110003 India. It is a well-known area and we have been here for a good while. The Park Hotel isn't just about the building; it is about the people who work here every day. Pandara Road is usually pretty busy with folks looking for good food, so there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. We have a lot of staff who have been with us for years and they know the place inside out. It isn't always perfect here, sometimes a bulb goes out or a carpet gets a stain, but we fix it when we can. We don't use those corporate scripts when we talk to guests. We just try to be normal and helpful. The building has its own character and some of the older parts have stories to tell. In the mornings, the lobby smells like coffee and old wood. We spend a lot of time making sure things are ready for whoever walks in. It is a lot of work to keep a place like this running in a city as big as Delhi. Sometimes it feels like we are always rushing to catch up, but that is just the hotel life. We don't make big promises, we just try to make sure people have a decent stay.
