The Oterra Hotel, Bangalore

This is The Oterra Hotel, and even though the name mentions Bangalore, our actual office is located at C-1/277 Street No. 24 in Khajoori Khas, Delhi. It is a bit of a confusing situation with the names, but we are right here in the 110094 area. The street is usually pretty narrow and it stays full of activity all day long. We have a small setup in this part of Delhi. It is not a big hotel building here; it is more of an administrative spot for us. People often stop by asking for directions because these streets are tucked away. We deal with some paperwork and coordination from this room. It is a very local feel here in Khajoori Khas. You see the same neighbors every day and the local shops are just a few steps away from our door. The building we are in is just like the other houses on Street No. 24. We do not have a big lobby or a swimming pool at this specific address. It is mostly just desks and files. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking on the phone.
