About The Oberoi,New Delhi – Hotels, Motel & Resorts in New Delhi
This office is tucked away in Rajouri Garden at F-50. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there’s always something going on outside. We aren't the big hotel on Zakir Hussain Marg; this is more for the administrative side of things. I’ve been coming to this building for years. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly deal with paperwork, hiring, and basic office tasks. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth. During the summer, the air conditioning struggles to keep the whole place cool, so we all sit near the vents. People come in for interviews looking all nervous in their suits. I usually tell them to take a seat and relax for a bit. There’s a guy down the street who makes really good tea, so we usually get a few cups in the afternoon. It’s not a fancy lifestyle here in Rajouri Garden. We just do our jobs and go home. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, and we have to dry our shoes off before we start working. It’s just a normal office where we try to keep things moving. We don't have any big views, just the building across the way. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the pile of work. It’s just regular office life in the city.
